There are many components to "802.11ac dissecting support", so there isn't a simple answer.

Support for parsing the VHT field in radiotap headers in pcap and pcapng files, i.e. for dissecting 11ac radio-layer information reported by the driver, was added in Wireshark 1.10.

Support for parsing 11ac radio-layer information in {Airo,Omni}Peek files was added in Wireshark 2.0.

Some support for parsing various management frame information elements for 11ac was added in Wireshark 1.10.  More support was added in Wireshark 1.12, and even more support was added in Wireshark 2.0.

So some was added in 1.10, some was added in 1.12, and some was added in 2.0.
