According to https://buildbot.wireshark.org/wireshark-master/builders/Windows%208.1%20x86/builds/5387/steps/clamav-scan.cmd/logs/stdio it seems to be a ClamAV false positive.

Gerald, would it be possible to force a database update to see if it helps, or send them the file for analysis (unless both Windows buildbots really got infected)?
