We currently have a colour filter for "ipx || spx" packets included by
default, and recently got a request to differentiate the two (perhaps
disabled by default). See later comments on bug 9552.

To my knowledge we don't currently include any disabled rules by
default, and it doesn't seem worth making an entire profile (a la
Bluetooth) for only one or two rules. Looking for some other opinions
on what the correct option is, especially for what is effectively a
dead protocol suite.
