There is nothing to commit.  Just dump as many valid help.ini files in the
protocol_help directory as you want and then start up Wireshark.  Anytime you
have help for a protocol in a frame, the option to get help from that file will
be available.  If there are multiple files supplying help, you'll get multiple
help entries to choose from.  If you make changes such as add a new help file,
you'll need to restart Wireshark, as these files are only processed once.

I don't know the order they get loaded though - alphabetical?  I'm not sure.  I
can look at Wireshark's source code tomorrow though to see how they get
processed ...
