This question is better addressed to the wireshark-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
mailing list.  This mailing list is for software development topics of 
Wireshark, not general usage questions.  When you post to 
wireshark-users, make sure to explain what happens when you try to run 
dumpcap.
