Hi list,

Anyone a problem with changing the font used in PostScript(R) print output from Courier into Monaco?
It's also a monospaced font, is/was a Mac 'favorite' and just renders a bit more readable under adverse conditions (crappy display, printer almost out of toner, that kind of thing).

If there's no objection I like to put the change up for 1.4.0 as well.
