As well as any other Windows application that has no Citrix specific 
optimizations will.

Someone on this list may have had experience with Wireshark on Citrix 
and be able to offer pointers, but that's about it.  Not that we provide 
much more official support than that on an platform :-).

Please send this type of message to the wireshark-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
mailing list in the future as this is more of a usability question 
rather than a coding question.
