I suggest you explain the 1st problem, it could help for searching the
solution :
- what's happen when you put your dll into PC\program
files\wireshark\plugins\*<version>* ?
- which version of wireshark /windows ?
- which version of wireshark /windows / Visual Studio used for dll
generation ?
For the 2nd problem, does the file oqtp.dll.manifest exist ?
It is also possible you have to install the Visual C++ Redistributable
(of your visual studio version) on the target PC.

Hi,
I have developed a wrieshark plugin and now I need to make it
available for others to use the plugin.
If I blindly share the plugin.dll file, it is not possible for others
to use the plugin straight forward by putting that DLL file in the
destination PC\program files\wireshark\plugins\.
Kindly suggest a way wherein I can share only the DLL file and others
can use it straight away.
