Hi,
Probably you don't have the MIBs on your PATH.
The Windows installers for Wireshark come with the needed MIBs, but when
you run wireshark.exe right after building it, the MIBs won't get copied
to the usual MIB directory.

I'm currently on Windows 7, the nondevelopment Wireshark install works
fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
