Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Fwd: IEC61850 dissectors for ethereal, from Sisco

Hi, we noticed sisconet.com had an ethereal build with dissectors for
protocols that don't look completely supported by wireshark, and since
it's GPL, we emailed them and asked for the source, which they
provided.

Unfortunately, they'll need porting, to build against wireshark, and I
don't have the time right now (or knowledge, I've only written
dissectors in lua), but it looks like some valuable time and energy
went into them, so if anybody wants to merge these in.... :-)

Here's the Ethereal binary download, only for windows:
