Hello Chris,

the wiki is not updated.

Please, look into asn1 directory
http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/viewvc/trunk/asn1/ where you can fine more
than 80 dissectors as examples.
Do not panic if you open some very complex dissector, you can find there
simple expamles too (e.g. wlancertextn  or h323).
