Hi Atdev,

Yes, you can use these commands:
 
Just the Packet List
$ tshark -r test.pcap > test.txt

Packet List and Packet Details
$ tshark -r test.pcap -V > testV.txt

Packet List, Packet Details and Packet Bytes
$ tshark -r test.pcap -Vx > testVx.txt
