Hi,
The problem is id values
defined in the .cnf file but not in your ASN1 file they turn up with “dashes” “-“
rather than “under score” “_” in the –dis-tab file
Making compile fail
example:
In .cnf:
Transmitted-Carrier-Power-Value
N nbap.ies id-Transmitted-Carrier-Power-For-CellPortion
In dis-tab:
dissector_add("nbap.ies",
id-Transmitted-Carrier-Power-For-CellPortion,
new_create_dissector_handle(dissect_Transmitted_Carrier_Power_Value_PDU,
proto_nbap));
dissector_add("nbap.ies",
id-Received-total-wide-band-power-For-CellPortion,
new_create_dissector_handle(dissect_Received_total_wide_band_power_Value_IncrDecrThres_PDU,
proto_nbap));
You need to adapt the .cnf file to match your asn1 file. It looks
to me like it might be a proprietary NBAP version?

Thank you. RANAP dissector is good enough.
But the current NBAP dessector cannot decode our message, so I try
to change it.
