Distcheck is failing due to ws.css.  From the Linux buildbot:

make[4]: Leaving directory 
`/mnt/GeraldsHome/buildbot/bb-wireshark/trunk/ubuntu510x86/build/wireshark-0.99.9-SVN-24443/_build/doc' 
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `docbook/ws.css', needed by 
`ws.css'.  Stop.
