The EtherCAT plugin is missing in the list of plugins being copied by the install-deps target in Makefile.nmake (top level).

Would somebody please update Makefile.nmake with the following line:

xcopy ".\plugins\ethercat\ethercat.dll" $(INSTALL_DIR)\plugins\$(VERSION) /d
