I've downloaded and built Wireshark successfully with GTK 2.12.3.
However: the problem described in bug #2066 ["Crash after changing interface in
Prefs ! Capture ...."] still exists in my Windows environments.

Also: This is not an issue for 0.99.7 which is using glib 2.14.3 and gtk 2.12.1
(i.e. not the newer versions).

It seems reasonable to update to GTK 2.12.3 for the trunk.
