I've done these changes some days ago, so I can't remember what the 
actual problem was. One of the changes was only to add a stdio.h include 
in one file, so there's probably a problem here ...

However, I found it to have the "system" includes like stdio.h before 
the pcap.h includes a good idea anyway.
