Just to give you a hint on how to debug this somewhat comfortably:

Unused entry: packet-wlccp.c, hf_wlccp_priority

Unused entry: packet-wlccp.c, hf_llc_wlccp_pid
Unused entry: packet-wlccp.c, hf_wlccp_age

So it looks like there is no hf_ array entry for hf_wlccp_tlv_value.
