Could you gzip the c and h files and send them? I’d prefer to make a regular
dissector rather than a plugin.

Hi,

  please find attached a patch file (generated against the
wireshark_0.99.4.orig.tar.gz from the debian unstable source package). for a
dissector for the ETSI DCP protocol. This dissector has had significant use
over the last months and is quite stable, so I thought it was time to try
and get it into the main distribution.

I think I did everything the README.plugins said to do.

It compiles on linux fine, I use it all the time with a stand-alone build on
windows using mingw.

Let me know if there are any problems, things I've missed, etc.
