I guess this is just a little overzealous automatic substitution.

>From the Wireshark version

"4. About this document
This book was originally developed by Richard Sharpe with funds provided 
from the Wireshark Fund. It was updated by Ed Warnicke and more recently 
redesigned and updated by Ulf Lamping." 


Has the Ethereal Fund retrospectively changed its name? If not then 
probably that reference should be to the Ethereal Fund in both versions.
