    NSH: Fix an item's bitmask.
    
    Code to fetch the field (metadata length) was correct, but the item
    displayed would be wrong.  Fix mask, and use _ret_uint() variant
    to avoid fetching the value separately.
    
    Described in RFC 8300, section 2.5.1.
