    Bump Ubuntu version to 18.04 in Vagrantfile
    
    Ubuntu 16.04 uses an older GCC version which produces some errors in compiling. Updating
    to Ubuntu 18.04 solves these issues as it is using a more recent GCC version (7.4.0).
