    gsm_abis_pgsl: Proper interpretation of "Q bits"
    
    Regarding the EGPRS header, a value of '1' means bads checksum/quality,
    and '0' means good quality/checksum.  Let's explicitly state this by
    overriding the default True/False boolean labels with Bad/Good.
