    CMake: Add a note about CMAKE_TRY_COMPILE_CONFIGURATION.
    
    Note that CMAKE_TRY_COMPILE_CONFIGURATION can noticeably affect the run
    time of MSBuild, which in turn affects try_compile, which we call many,
    many times.
