    Added cotp_is to heuristic dissector list for ISO transport.
    
    S7 communication is also possible without TCP/IP.
    This ISO transport uses the following protocols:
    LLC->ISO8473->ISO8073->s7comm.
    The cotp dissector has two subdissector lists.
    cotp is uses with ISO-on-TCP, cotp_is with ISO transport.
