    Netflow/Ipfix: Add Citrix Netscaler AppFlow
    
    This commit adds dissection of Citrix Ntscaler Appflow
    templates to Netflow/Ipfix.
    
    The documenation for the templates was found at:

    Due to non-disclosure I can't provide any sample pcap.
