 Move most of the contents of the header file to the .c file.
 
 Replace blurbs that match the hf name with NULL.
 Replace empty-string blurbs with NULL.
 Fix some abbreviations (hf_tn5220_xxx -> tn5220.xxx).
 Make some functions static.
 Cast some offset increments to unsigned to make sure we don't go backwards
 (which could create a loop).  This includes making most of the subdissection
 functions return an unsigned number.
 
 Use find_or_create_conversation().
