Request to provide enhancements to dissect the new FEC elements defined in RFC
6388 - Label Distribution Protocol Extensions for Point-to-Multipoint and
Multipoint-to-Multipoint Label Switched Paths. Following new FEC element types
are defined and implemented by vendors.

P2MP = 0x06
MP2MP (Upstream) = 0x07
MP2MP (Downstream) = 0x08
