Since update to Wireshark 2.2.1, when attempting to merge pcap files, the
Wireshark process crashes with the dialog "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime
Library" message "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in
an unusual way."

I am running MS Visual C++ v12.0.30501 (x64) if that helps.
