Extcap interfaces listed on the main Wireshark window may NOT always display
the Extcap Interface Options widget to the left of the extcap interface names.

Extcap interfaces normally display a special Extcap Interface Option widget the
left of the extcap interface name. Clicking on these widgets open a extcap
specific Extcap Interface Options dialog. Non-extcap interfaces are indented
to align their interface names with the extcap interface names. If all extcap
interfaces are configured as hidden then the list of interfaces names will no
longer be indented. If the new "Show Hidden Interfaces" drop down list item is
enabled the hidden extcap interfaces will be displayed in the list of
interfaces, but the list will not display the Extcap Interface Options widget
to the left of the interface names.

Workaround: Manually initiating a refresh of the capture interfaces (Capture |
Refresh Interfaces) after enabling "Show Hidden Interfaces" will display the
Extcap Interface Options widget.

Expected behavior: The Extcap Interface Options widgets will always be
displayed whenever an extcap interfaces is listed.
