Junk as in not valid data, a NAS message container filled all with 0xff
is not a valid SMS message. If you are using some test equipment to generate
this signals it's probably not configured correctly regarding the data part of
the NAS container, but perhaps you do not care for the test performed but
Wirehark as a protocol analyser will pick up on it. I'm preparing a patch to
give more detailed info on the protocol error.
