Hi Markus,

the only difference between the -3 and -5 installer is the fact that the driver
is now signed with an EV certificate.
Could you please describe us how you performed the upgrade? After uninstalling
USBPcap, did you reboot you PC before installing it again? If not, the issue
probably comes from here and it looks like USBPcap installer does not prompt
user to reboot after uninstalling.
