the sniffer need to don't use DLT 157 (but ask (lipcap/tcpdump ) to have own

Now, nordic_BLE (and Bluetooth family dissector) is maintained by Wireshark,
you can open a issue with detail (pcap, spec...)
but for information, there is a lot of change with 2.0 (and 2.2) on BLE
dissector (Thanks Michal)
