Hi Alexis,

Yes, the main idea is to mark the the capability code as vendor-specific, not a
standardized one. In fact, Quagga routing software suite also uses the code 128
for Route Refresh (old) capability. I believe, Quagga mimics the behavior of
Cisco routers in that context and Route Refresh Capability (Cisco) seems to be
an appropriate description. Other ideas are very welcome! Thanks.
