Dear Wireshark developers,

According to [1] and [2], assigned code for Multisession BGP Capability is 68,
but it seems Cisco routers used private code 131 for the same purpose before
the standardized code has been assigned. Below is the debug message for
received Open message with capability code 131:

BGP: 10.255.255.2 passive rcvd OPEN w/ optional parameter type 2 (Capability)
len 3
BGP: 10.255.255.2 passive OPEN has CAPABILITY code: 131, length 1
BGP: 10.255.255.2 passive OPEN has MULTISESSION capability, without grouping

The BGP Open message packet is attached.
