Dear Wireshark developers,
Although IANA has not assigned OPEN Message Error subcode value 8
(http://www.iana.org/assignments/bgp-parameters/bgp-parameters.xhtml#bgp-parameters-6),
Cisco routers use it to inform a peer that AFI/SAFI is not supported. Below is
the debug log message for generated BGP Notification packet:
%BGP-3-NOTIFICATION: sent to neighbor 10.255.255.2 passive 2/8 (no supported
AFI/SAFI) 3 bytes 000101
