BACnet Addendum 135-2008g defined a number of Network Layer Messages for
secured and encrypted BACnet Traffic. Wireshark does not currently decode these
messages but displays the NPDU type as "reserved by ASHRAE".

As an Enhancement the NPDU type and the parts of the messages, that are not
encrypted could be decoded (decoding the encrypted content probably is a way
more ambitious topic).
