The OS / capture application information options has been moved from the SHB to
the IDB for PCAPng files in 2.1.x. Both options are not shown anymore in the
"Statistics" -> "Capture File Properties" dialog where they used to be for the
SHB. They should probably turn up in the table listing the interface entries.
