Perhaps it never happened to you, but I just took an NFS-over-TCP capture file
and rewrote it with bittwiste to change the client port number to 995, and,
with a Wireshark freshly built from the top of the 1.12 branch, it decodes that
traffic as SSL, not NFS.

So it *does* happen in Wireshark 1.x.
