Build Information:
Version 2.0.2 (v2.0.2-0-ga16e22e from master-2.0)

Steps to reproduce:

1. open an packet trace 
2. open the lua console
3. modify some custom plugin
4. hit "reload lua plugins"

Expected result:
The plugins get reloaded and applied, during that process I see debug messages
on the console

Real results:
The console window gets closed.

Note: The workarounds are cumbersome:

reload plugins 
close packet trace 
reopen console 
reopen packet trace

Or 

reload plugins 
reopen console
modify preferences via "Plugin Prefs" as from the contextual menu won`t
reload..
