Those packets all have zeroes as the payload following the Ethernet header;
there's nothing Wireshark can do *other* than reporting them as bogus.  The
Ethernet header *itself* has an Ethernet type of 0x0800, meaning IPv4, but the
purported IP packet is bogus.
