Follow functionality has been significantly refactored since this patch was
created.
Commenting on the "idea" of the patch:
1. Should this been done for any stream (TCP, UDP, SSL, HTTP at the moment)?
2. timestamp needs to now needs to be added to follow_record_t
3. I'm worried the output could break tools trying to parse the raw output, so
this functionality should be turned into a preference (default to off for
backwards compatibility) or another parameter to pass the stat tap (seems like
there is a lot already)
