https://code.wireshark.org/review/13136 in the trunk fix the problem I reported
in bug 11979.

Bill, could you please download the latest "Wireshark-win64-2.0.2rc0" .exe file
from https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/, run it to upgrade
Wireshark to the most recent build, and see whether that fixes your problem? 
(Please test *everything*, including dropping in the directory from the zip
file *without* creating the new profile in the GUI.)  If so, that means that
this is the same problem as bug 11979.
