I also reproduced it by:

    unpacking the zip file into my ~/.wireshark/profiles directory;

    starting up Wireshark;

    selecting that profile;

    reading in a capture file;

with a similar stack trace.  Perhaps the code for the Qt version of the
configuration profiles dialog is broken.
