Unfortunately, the crash report (which is UTF-16-encoded text) doesn't have
anything such as a stack trace; Windows crash reports seem to be like OS X
stack reports only without a stack trace or indication of the cause of the
crash or anything else useful.

Hopefully we can reproduce this and get a stack fault, or determine the cause
by code inspection.
