I'm not familiar with SIP, so which packages are in the wrong order?
Without knowing too much of what is misordered: Maybe the "late" message
consists of more than one tcp segment? Please check that.
Wrt replayability: Maybe it's possible to pipe the capture file into Wireshark
instead of loading the file. If this works it should be possible to reproduce
the problem. But just looking at the trace should help as well. Is it possible
to attach the trace file to this bug (just the tcp/sip connection should be
enough).
