The MPEG2TS dissector incorrectly states that the Adaptation Field Control bits
on a NULL packet should be zero.  According to ISO standard 13818-1-2007
section 2.4.3.3 they should be 01. Message in wireshark is:


Adaptation Field Control: Payload only (0x00000001) (Should be 0 for NULL
packets)
