I'm not sure exactly what the problem is but the way the .xml files are parsed
changed in 2.0. You should probably split out your different vendor AVPs in
"vendor files" and follow the syntax in the 2.0 files. Even better if you could
update Wiresharks .xml files with the AVPs you have.
