Updated libwireshark-data.install

And of course now it breaks further down the build path. This patch removes the
attempted installation of geoip_db_paths. I can't find the file anywhere, and
wireshark seems to work without it.

Building still generates a number of warnings, but those are far less critical
than the errors I'm experiencing now.
