In the Follow TCP Stream dialog, there is a selector that allows one to switch
to a different stream without closing the window. If you hover your mouse over
the word "Stream," a message will pop up that says "x total streams." "x" will
be one less than the actual number of streams in the trace. In other words, it
will be the same as the highest stream number, not the number of streams. When
there is only one stream in the capture file, it will show "0 total streams."

The error is also present for Follow UPD Stream. I have not tested for Follow
SSL Stream, but suspect it is present there as well.
